At American Kids, we want you to feel comfortable and confident using our services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid services.
Free Services
Our free self-service option is provided at no cost. Because no payment is made, refunds do not apply to free services.
Paid Services
If you purchase a paid service and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@americankids.org and include your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Additional Information
- Refunds are available regardless of whether the service has already been performed.
- There are no penalties or fees for requesting a refund.
- This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
